Cool Runnings

This stout is imbued with big dose of cold-brewed, single-origin coffee, selected and roasted by our awesome neighbours at Zimmah Coffee to complement the roasty character of the base beer. For a twist we added a little known ingredient: Cascara – the fruit of the coffee plant that usually gets discarded in favour of the beans inside. Finally, we finished it with a CO2/nitrogen blend for a creamy mouthfeel.
