Apple Fun Time

Cider's great. Just usually it's too damn sweet. When it's not too damn sweet it tends to lose a bunch of its fruit character. So we tried to make a thing that's nice and dry but still nice and fruity. We asked some apple experts to help. The result was pretty frikken delicious.
