Light

Although light beers are considered insignificant by many, we, brewers at Last Drop Brewery, pay special attention to this type of beer. We have blended several types of Australian and European specialty malts with three varieties of hops while employing a special brewing regime creating highly flavoured light beer. The result is an amber coloured beer with low to medium complexity, remarkable body and a touch of caramel flavour. Higher maturation time at subzero temperatures allowed to mellow down the initial high degree of bitterness. Carbonation is at medium level.
