Hop Thief American Pale Ale

Hop Thief started off as an occasional brew for the brewers at James Squire to experiment on. It had certainly proven their popularity with that lovely blend of citrus and passion fruit aromas from the Galaxy hops mixed with the complexity and earthiness from the Mosaic hops. It is an American Pale Ale style with a firm malt backbone. Perfect for BBQ and gatherings. Citrus, passionfruit aromas with subtle earth characteristics flavours.
