Just Apples! Another seasonal product we embrace so batches may vary. Although using dessert apples still produces a well balanced (not too sweet, not too dry) cloudy apple cider. Made from freshly pressed apples sourced in Manjimup. We keep most of the pectins and some solids in the juice to ensure the full flavours of the apple are carried through fermentation. Roughly a blend of Pink Ladies and Granny Smith gives a pleasant balance of sweetness and acidity. Perfect for a hot summers day.
