Bomboras Blonde

Rather than paddle out to surf the Bomboras (big off-shore waves) along our awesome surfcoast we like to get wind-assisted and kitesurf them instead. All the carving action can leave us pretty thirsty but our Bomboras Blonde really delivers when it comes quenching that thirst. Simplicity is the key to a great session beer and our Bomboras Blonde has a really simple recipe. We use Aussie Summer hops which give a clean bitterness and just a hint of melon aroma and flavour which is balanced well with the malt aroma and flavour of the Gladfields English Ale malt.
