Thornbury Lager

Yeast and hop driven Australian Pilsner inspired by pale, dry and bitter North German Pilsners, brewed with distinct Australian hops and malt. Bavarian lager yeast esters combine with sweet hop notes and subtle spice for a thirst quenching, easy drinking New World Pilsner. Draught only. Summer (a Saaz derivative) – with it’s relatively low alpha acid – provides a soft, progressive bitterness and fruity flavours reminiscent of apricot and melon, while Ella and (experimental variety) 035 lend subtle fruit and spice aromas such as mango, grape and pepper. This easy-drinking full strength lager is a celebration of Australian produce. Local barley and hops provide unique aromatics, subtle flavours and a thirst-quenching bitterness to balance a clean, dry finish.
