Dad Rock

Our Dad Rock Imperial IPA is now a gluten reduced beer! Below, we provide details into the brewing process and the exact steps we've taken to reduce the gluten content in this beer. Using a product called Brewer's Clarex, we are able to maintain that same great flavour of our original Dad Rock while drastically reducing the presence of gluten to an undetectable amount, according to a test done by the Australian Government's National Measurement Institute. In doing so, we hope that gluten-sensitive beer lovers will once again be able to enjoy a great craft brew without those nasty side effects. Please note that we are only presenting the facts and we encourage you to do your own research and decide what is best suited to your individual health. Though the test results show undetectable gluten content, Dad Rock was originally brewed using raw materials containing gluten, and so cannot be classified as "gluten free".
