Gone Troppo

A big, fruity American west coast style IPA with guava and passionfruit, Gone Troppo is our new summer seasonal for summer 16/17. The combination of US and Aussie hops (Mosaic, Bravo and Topaz) and a light malt base give this beer an assertive bitterness with up-front citrus, pine and tropical fruit flavour and aroma and a dry finish. Real guava and passionfruit was added towards the end of fermentation to add a zesty and bright fruit flavour that combines with the hops to make a refreshing finish, perfect for the warm summer days to come.
