Apple & Pear Cider

Some make it with apples. Others with pears. But none make a cider with apple and pear like ours. We blend not two, not three, but (count ‘em) five types of apples and pears, all selected to get our unique cider flavour spot on. Best of all, we only fresh press New South Wales grown apples and pears, and handcraft it smack bang in the Highlands. Unlike fizzy-pop ciders, we only moderately carbonate, allowing the fresh apple and pear to shine. Refreshing to the last drop, our crisp fruit cider is full texture with an oh-so-delicious lingering finish. The result is so damn delicious many a punter has claimed it as their favorite cider!
