Knuckles

An American style pale ale infused with beans from Darkstar coffee. This particular coffee from Mormora plantation in the Guji zone of Sidamo is dry processed which means the picked, ripe cherries are fermented in the sun and then the pulp is removed from the seed without the use of water, creating berry-fruit flavours. Combining this with the aromatics of Citra and Centennial hops, knuckles is the perfect harmony between coffee and beer.
