Redhopulus

American styled red ale. Big chewy malt profile from the judicious use of German Melanoidin and British Crystal malts - caramel and biscuit malts and a hint of chocolate on the back palate. Hopped with US Chinook and Australian Ella hops giving this brew an aroma and character of citrus, tropical fruits and cracked pepper. Perfect with hearty meals and bar snacks.
