Rumball in the Jungle

A Christmas in July beer, inspired to taste like the classic Aussie Christmas dessert: Rumballs. A sweet stout was infused with coconut, cocao nibs, spiced rum and Christmas cake fruits (raisins, currents, oranges, apricot, cherries and sultanas). The malt bill features chocolate, biscuit, oat and lactose.Blend of aromas come from the coconut and the rum (vanilla notes), with hidden chocolate roast. The beer has a smooth, sweet pallet with a combination of flavours including notes from the Christmas cake fruits. The beer has a bitter sweet finish from the residual sugar and cocao nibs. The flavour and aroma get more pronounced when the beer is left to warm up a tad. A liquid beer rumball!
