Pale Ale

Our Pale Ale is a throwback to the American Pale Ales that captivated us when they first hit our shores. Our pale ale has a definite malty caramel backbone from English style malts and yeast that is held in check by a solid bitterness and hop profile. We have used Enigma, Cascade and Amarillo in this beer which gives a resiny, heavy citrus finish leaning heavily toward grapefruit. A delicious beer that is a strong backbone of our beer lineup.
