Pale

Unofficially "the best Pale Ale in Newcastle". When we sat down to make our Pale we knew it had to make it a good one. We decided to use the best and freshest malt and hops we could. So we've used all Australian malts and 5 additions and "dry hopped" in large quantities, using the best Tasmanian hops Enigma, Ella, Galaxy and a dash U.S. Mosaic. It has a solid ale yeast from the USA, all balanced with a malt sweetness to hold up the assertive hopping pale ale with a lasting hop flavour and lovely pine/mango aromas. It is a beer at 5.3% abv.
