2015 Hunter Harvest Imperial IPA

This is one for those looking for a totally new beer experience. It’s a big, bold Imperial IPA, taken to another level with the addition of Semillon and Verdelho juice harvested from our estate. Full and and slightly sweet up front, it gets drawn together by big bitterness and a subtle malt backbone. At 9.5% ABV, this is one to enjoy very slowly, especially with American-style barbecue food.
