Hitchhiker is an American-style IPA with an assertive bitterness and strong hop flavours of pine and resin. This is all counter-balanced by a sweet malt body, supporting with notes of biscuit and toffee. Malt: Ale, Munich, Light Crystal, Amber Hops: Magnum, Centennial, Columbus, Simcoe Yeast: US-05
