Tonic Ale

Using orange and lemon peel, ginger, coriander and a special European hop, this beer will provide a balanced citrus kick with botanical notes for days. By adding cinchona bark during the fermentation process, it will exude the tonic water bitterness that will combine with the light hop bitterness and the dry finish to give a well rounded mouth feel. It is a deliciously refreshing beverage on it’s own, but also is a superb mixer with your favourite gin!
