2022 Summer of Sour | Strawberry Creamsicle

An Aether classic - the big ABV, smooth fruited sour to top out the 2022 SOS range. We wanted to create a dessert in a can in the form of a Strawberry Creamsicle, a classic North American dessert. Intensely fruity and creamy, this brew tastes as decadent as it sounds! Starting off with heaps of Tasmanian strawberries, we added vanilla and lactose to create an intensely fruity, super creamy treat in a can. Balancing its ABV behind a massive, dense body and strong sourness, this brew satisfies sweet tooths and crafty enthusiasts alike.
