Summer Fruits Sour

What could be a better combo for a scorching Queensland summer than Pineapple, Papaya, Guava and a hint of Ginger?!? We've taken a veritable summer fruit salad, smashed it together in a nice kettle sour, and finished it off with a slight spicy ginger hit - it's going to go perfect with grandma's pavlova!
