Pale Ale
Beer Description
As the name would suggest, Pigs Fly Pale Ale is, well, um, a pale ale. But not just any pale ale. Rather a micro fermented pale ale made using only the finest pure pale and crystal malt, giving this brew its brilliant golden-copper color. Looks count, but what about that fantastic taste? Well, it’s all down to the hops. We use two types of hops in our pale ale; Cascade hops which give it that fruity, floral taste at the front of your palate, while the Chinook hops bring it all home with a unique bitterness at the back.
And let’s not forget the hero of the story, our humble top fermenting ale yeast. This very clever yeast allows for a warmer fermentation, which allows for the formation of esters, which allows you enjoy the distinct fruity citrus aromas in this brew. Very clever indeed. So, what are you waiting for?
