Professor Chaos

Rising from the ashes of Butters' alter ego, Professor Chaos is a New England IPA where the entire hop bill has been added during fermentation to really crank up the juice factor. A sublime hop combination of Mosaic Cryo, Galaxy and Cashmere will take you on a tropical getaway with the flavours of passionfruit and peach being complemented by the sweet aromas of melon and orange.
