Description
Malt beer is a sweet beer with a low alcohol content of between 0-2.5%. It's brewed with low or minimal fermentation. The alcoholic content is kept low by adding the yeast at approximately 0°C or fermentation is stopped at the desired ABV range. It is typically made with barley malt syrup, sugar, yeast, hops and water.
