Weizenbock
Description
Bocks are traditionally strong, dark lagers. Weizenbocks are a stronger version of a Dunkel Weizen, which is what the Bock in the name hints at. These beers are malty with hints of dark fruits, e.g. plum or raisin. They possess the usual banana and clove aroma of a wheat beer, with low bitterness and high carbonation.
