Oktoberfest

Oktoberfestbier is a fest style variation of the German Marzen and it is technically only authentic if it is brewed within Munich's city limits. Oktoberfestbiers are traditionally the leftover Marzen beers that had been stored for summer drinking, so they have always been aged for up to four months. The beer is a deep amber colour and rich, malt flavours are combined with mild hop bitterness and biscuity malt aromas.
