Milk Stout
Description
Milk Stout or Cream stout is a version of Stout with the addition of lactose, derived from milk. Because lactose cannot be fermented, the result is a sweeter and creamier combination with strong malt, chocolate and caramel flavours. It enhances the full bodied mouthfeel and produces a thicker, creamy tan to brown head.
