Cream Ale

Cream Ale is an American lager style that can be pale straw to pale gold in colour. It is brewed in the same way as an ale but lager yeast or lager beer is sometimes mixed in to finish. Generally there is low hop bitterness and the body of the beer is made lighter by the addition of corn or rice.
